The Manacles Bell...to warn ships (and boats) of the Manacles rocks which have claimed many over the years.It's quite eerie to hear it when the fog is decending. I love going over the rocks in the boat...at lowtide you are only about two feet above the rocks,,,have clipped them with the engine before now!
